چکیده
This study aimed to determine the chemical composition and gas production based on fermentation in rumen of nine types forage tropical feed commonly used Indonesia. The forages this were: mahogany leaves (Swietenia mahagoni L. Jacq.), tayuman (Bauhinia purpurea), bamboo (Bambusa arundinaceae), canary (Canarium indicum L.), tea (Camellia sinensis), ketapang (Terminalia catapa lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala), tehtehan (Duranta repens), turi (Sesbania grandiflora). Measurements vitro were carried out at 10 observation points (2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24, 36, 48, 72 hour). Tannin activity was measured for each sample using measurements divided into three groups with modified levels polyethylene glycol (PEG), ie samples without PEG (P1); + amount 200 mgDM (P2); tannins contained literature studies (P3). Data analyzed a variance by following factorial completely randomized design (CRD) pattern. Statistical analyzes performed all data general linear procedure PROC GLM from SAS. obtained 5% significance level. results calculations showed that crude protein (CP) ranges 5.75 - 22.37% where highest CP owned (S. content fiber (CF) ranged 5.30 20.93%. most optimal measurement given 200mg/kg significant difference (P<0.05). higher tannin forage, lower produced. Measurement condensed varied 0.20% 8.60%. addition mg/100mgDM optimizes rate production, especially grass plants (gramineae).

متن کاملSafety Evaluation of Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) Compounds for Cosmetic Use
Polyethylene glycols (PEGs) are products of condensed ethylene oxide and water that can have various derivatives and functions. Since many PEG types are hydrophilic, they are favorably used as penetration enhancers, especially in topical dermatological preparations. PEGs, together with their typically nonionic derivatives, are broadly utilized in cosmetic products as surfactants, emulsifiers, c...
